Every detail has been carefully reviewed from the initial product design through to end use to ensure that we deliver detectable pens that can be reliably detected in any situation. Our products are designed to minimize potential sources of contamination from the outset by:
1. Minimum number of components
Our Retreeva pens consist of no more than 3 components that are reliably detectable by metal and X-ray detectors. Potential risks posed by unnecessary and small components are completely eliminated in Retreeva products.
2. No metal spring
We do not use any metal springs in our Retreeva pens, as metal springs are extremely difficult to detect, especially in “wet” products such as ready-to-eat meals. Even without a metal spring, our detectable pens provide a smooth writing experience with our Standard, Gel or Pressurised ink.
3. Shatterproof material
Our unique Retreeva material does not break or shatter into thousands of pieces, even under pressure. Under unnatural or unreasonable force, Retreeva pens may bend or eventually break into two parts, but each part can be detected by metal detectors and X-ray machines at any time.
